The terms and conditions governing your use of HowdyNeighbor services

Products

Lead lists delivered as CSV or via CRM export. Unless you purchase exclusivity, leads may be resold to other agencies.

License

Non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your internal sales efforts, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.

Payment

Invoices due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a service charge.

Guarantees

No guarantee of response or conversion rates. Sample data may be provided for validation prior to purchase.

Data Quality & Credits

  • We stand behind our data quality. All leads are scrubbed against the federal Do-Not-Call registry before delivery.
  • Report issues within 7 days of purchase for account credit. What qualifies: Phone disconnected or wrong number; email hard bounce; deceased or incapacitated homeowner; duplicate lead within same order.
  • What does not qualify: Prospect not interested or unresponsive; prospect already has coverage; contact info changed after delivery. Note: Buyers are responsible for ongoing TCPA and state DNC compliance after delivery.
  • Report via your My Leads page or email support@howdyneighbor.io with order number and lead IDs. Credits issued after verification. No cash refunds.
  • Bulk issues: If more than 20% of an order contains invalid data, contact us for order review and potential full credit.

Liability

Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable order.

Governing Law

Arizona law governs unless otherwise required by applicable jurisdiction.
