HowdyNeighbor provides neighborhood-focused homeowner lead lists to licensed insurance agents and agencies. This Acceptable Use Policy sets boundaries to ensure legal, ethical, and respectful use of our data.

Allowed Use

Prospecting for new insurance customers consistent with law and carrier policies
Storage in CRMs and dialers with appropriate access controls
Respectful contact frequency and honoring opt-out requests

Prohibited Use

Harassment, discrimination, or doxxing of any individual
FCRA-covered uses without a permissible purpose
Resale or redistribution outside your organization without written permission
TCPA or DNC violations for calls, texts, or automated communications

Compliance

You must comply with all applicable telemarketing, privacy, and consumer-protection laws. Remove data promptly upon request from consumers.

Enforcement

Access may be suspended or terminated for AUP violations. We reserve the right to investigate complaints and take appropriate action.
